Lost Guest House Stirling

We had great time at the hotel and would stay here again. This property had a very central position directly next to a church. Pizzeria The Brindisi Pizzeria was located 5 minutes walk away. The rooms were reasonably spacious, with central heating, multi-channel TV, and coffee/tea making equipment, exceptionally comfortable bed. A bathtub in the own bathroom was a plus.

Great cheap hotel with pretty nice bedrooms. Good breakfast with cereals tea and beans and handy location.

So glad we choose it, it's ideal base for staying in Stirling. Lots of food at breakfast, such as cereal and toast. The location is amazing and peaceful, 1 km from The Crossing. The hotel of choice in Stirling.

Clean and convenient stay

The room was large with two beds and a decent amount of floorspace. Had a private bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water. Kettle and tea/coffee makin facilities were nice touches. Less than 10 mins to bus and train stations, and close to shops and cafes. Overall worth it for the price we paid.

The room was cosy, it had a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets. The location was magnificent and incredible, within easy walking distance of Star Pyramid.

The hotel staff was busy.

We needed to change the date of our booking and they were very helpful in doing this without making any further charges.

We enjoyed the close proximity to the town centre and the freshness of the newly decorated bedroom. The breakfast was plentiful and the lunch was delicious

central heating not on in room therefore cold all night. no proper lounge because more a restuarant and told closed when arrived back at 10 pm !

Close to the town centre. Meals were reasonable, not gourmet, but adequate. Bit pricey though. The room was clean.

The central heating could not be adjusted, the room was hot hot hot, despite the window being open and the electric fan running all night. Then on the only cold night, the heating did not come on at all. The flood lights on the trees outside shine directly into the room, making the room appear as bright as day. (all night - making it somewhat difficult to get to sleep without an eye mask.) The room is not sound proofed and the man in the room next door was very noisy, banging things around and also snored very loudly.

We were delighted with the position of the room the food was lovely and the room was large and very comfortable. We would go back if in that area
